Each of your locations has the same person from our team. They keep the details right, prepare posts, reply to reviews, send the report and notice outside edits. How much of each per month depends on the package: Start, Growth or Pro. Everything shows in your dashboard.
Your listing's details are right, and we keep them that way
Categories, hours, address, phone, description, attributes, services. The manager looks at what is missing or wrong, agrees the edits with you and applies them in one batch, as many as the location's package allows.

Categories change, hours "correct themselves", strangers' suggestions get accepted, Google pulls details from other sources. During the package checks your manager catches such changes, tells you exactly what moved, and after your confirmation puts the agreed details back.
